Pickup and delivery
Reservations on YEZARE are for pickup at the shop unless you and the vendor agree otherwise.
Pickup
Pay the rental and deposit in cash when you collect the outfit, or send a transfer first and attach the slip so the shop can confirm it. Bring a form of ID if the shop asks.
Vendor-arranged delivery
Some shops will drop off or send a driver. That is between you and the vendor. YEZARE does not run couriers, tracking links, or SMS delivery alerts.
Return
Return the outfit to the same shop on the end date, unless the vendor told you another place. Do not wash the garment unless the shop asked you to.
