How rental on YEZARE works today.
How does renting work?+
Browse live listings, pick dates and size, then reserve. Pay cash when you collect the outfit at the shop, or send a transfer and attach the slip. Return it to the same shop.
How much is the deposit?+
Whatever the listing shows. The shop holds it and refunds after they inspect the return.
What if it does not fit?+
Book a fitting if the shop offers one, or contact them before the event. Size swaps depend on what they have in stock.
Who cleans the clothes?+
The vendor. Do not wash the piece unless they asked you to.
Do you deliver?+
Only if that shop agrees to drop off. YEZARE does not run a courier or tracking SMS.
How do vendors get paid?+
Customers pay the shop directly (cash or transfer). Platform commissions, if any, are settled separately in the vendor dashboard. There is no 48-hour payout product.
