How does renting work?+

Browse outfits, select your dates and size, and reserve. The item is delivered before your event and picked up after your rental period ends.

How much is the deposit?+

A refundable security deposit of about 50% of the rental price is held during your rental and fully refunded after the item is returned in good condition.

What if the item doesn't fit?+

Contact the vendor within 2 hours of delivery. Most vendors offer a free size exchange, subject to availability.

Who cleans the clothes?+

Vendors professionally clean and inspect every item between rentals. You never need to wash a rental yourself.

What if I damage an item?+

Minor wear is expected and covered. Significant damage may be deducted from your deposit, as assessed by the vendor and YEZARE support.

Can I extend my rental?+

Yes, if the item isn't booked by another customer. Request an extension from your bookings page before your return date.

How do vendors get paid?+

Payouts are transferred after each completed rental — within 7 days on the Starter plan or 48 hours on the Professional plan.
