Simple returns and fast deposit refunds.
Returning Your Rental
Returns are picked up from your address on the final day of your rental period. Simply have the outfit ready in its garment bag. Do not wash or attempt to repair items yourself.
Deposit Refunds
After the vendor confirms the item is returned in good condition (typically within 24 hours), your full deposit is refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late Returns
Late returns are charged one additional rental day per day late, deducted from your deposit. If you need more time, request an extension before your return date.
