1. The Service
YEZARE operates a marketplace that connects renters with independent clothing rental vendors. YEZARE facilitates bookings, payments, and deposits but does not own the rental items.
2. Rentals & Deposits
When you reserve an item, you agree to return it on the agreed date in the condition you received it. A refundable security deposit is held for the duration of the rental and released after the vendor confirms safe return.
3. Damage & Loss
Normal wear is expected. Damage beyond normal wear, or loss of an item, may result in deductions from your deposit up to the item's replacement value.
4. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must accurately describe items, professionally clean them between rentals, and fulfill confirmed bookings on time.
